Absolutely demolished my phone screen by letting it faceplant onto concrete, the first time I got it fixed I happened to be dealt a faulty LCD, the staff made it right and fixed it again after a week. By the time I went to get it fixed the second time the speaker had also given out, they replaced it so now my screen and speaker both work better than pre-breakage. The contrast seems sharper and the new speaker is less tinny.

Went in for iPad screen repair, walked out with the iPad worse than it was before. The guy kept saying it might just need an update when I showed him it still didn’t work after screen replacement. I checked in front of him and showed him it didn’t need one he said come back tomorrow. Told him he left a bubble underneath screen and he said it was just the glue he used. The home button worked perfectly when I walked in, home button no longer worked at the end of service. He wouldn’t let me leave it so his manager could check it in the morning and I could come back and pay tomorrow once it was all fixed and ready.
