The clerk lied to me and said I could return my items if it was not compatible. I came back 2 days later and he said he would not take it back because of store policy. HE LIED and said they could take it back and now says they provide exchange only

I come in to ask for a screen protector and once I ask for a certain price the guys says if I want good product I must pay for it. Proceeding to him finishing he grabs a case I never asked for puts it on and then asks for 95$ for a screen protector and case, of course i declined the case and ask for just the screen protector then again 54 dollar. Once again I tell him it’s too high of a price for a single screen protector, at the same moment he begins to show aggression towards me saying that he works and 30 minutes gone by. So what? It’s a job just use to these certain circumstances I’m not going to pay extra cause you actually did a job. Please read and learn from my mistake Phonr repair is nothing but a scam
A place of complete scam surprised to see these “5 star” reviews when the employee is nothing but extremely persuasive for items not requested or needed. Quite sad to see these people actually get customers and then proceed to scam customers, it leaves a sad mark on phone services nothing but the worst I’ve seen never coming back

Nazuislam took care of me in a half an hour or less. But when my phone broke a second time, I got charged way too much compared to another legitimate repair store.

This place really exceeded my expectations. The man working there couldn’t have been nicer. He was so accommodating and flawlessly fixed my phone screen, which I thought couldn’t even be fixed because the glass was shattered into a million tiny pieces. But somehow he managed to get it done and it works great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody.

Replaced a cracked phone screen but gouged price and gave me faulty hardware. The screen no longer works and I have to replace under a month after I got it "fixed." Not too happy especially given how much they charged.

The gent, who sadly I didn’t catch his name, was a gem of a human. He fixed the back glass and the camera on my iPhone 14 Plus. Took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. Little pricey but totally worth it in the long run. While I was waiting, this mom and daughter came in and he was so friendly and sweet to them. It warmed my heart. I don’t know what else to post here so here’s photos of my dog with the camera he fixed.
